چکیده
Introduction: In the liposculpture scenario, and at cellular molecular level, tissue engineering has numerous advantages that meet needs of injured or organ for regeneration process fillings contours. Biological microenvironments enable cell recognition signaling cascades neovascularization stabilization fat grafting. Objective: A concise systematic review was carried out on use potential biostimulators (cells molecules) biochemical physiological mechanisms can contribute to successful cervicofacial liposculpture, promote grafting reduction. Methods: The rules PRISMA Platform were followed. research from February April 2022 in Scopus, PubMed, Science Direct, Scielo, Google Scholar databases. quality studies based GRADE instrument risk bias analyzed according Cochrane instrument. Results Conclusion: total 96 articles found. 36 fully evaluated 34 included developed present study. Considering tool bias, overall assessment resulted 11 high 37 did not GRADE. study showed bio stimulators such as stromal vascular fraction cells mesenchymal stem adipose tissue, exosomes, microRNA, PRP, well molecules secreted by these cells, Furthermore, have shown plus PRP led presence more pronounced inflammatory infiltrates greater reactivity, increased permeability, certain reactivity nervous component, noting addition 20% activated with calcium grafts enhance results regenerative aesthetic facial surgeries.
